As we age, our heart works harder and becomes more vulnerable to high blood pressure, cholesterol buildup, and other conditions that can lead to heart attack or stroke. But there’s encouraging news: daily choices make a powerful difference.
🥗 Eat for Your Heart
You don’t need a perfect diet — just a better one.
Focus on:
- Fruits and vegetables
- Whole grains
- Lean proteins like fish and chicken
- Healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, avocados)
