Do I need a medical alert device?

If you are a senior who wants to age-in-place then yes. According to the Centers for Disease Control, studies show that 1 in 3 people over the age of 65 take a near-fatal fall every year.

How do I know which device to choose?

At Personal Living Alert, we take a consultative approach to medical alerts. It's not one unit for everyone. We will ask easy questions to ascertain the activity level and needs of you or your loved ones.  Based on the information provided, we will offer our expert advice as to the system that best suits your needs.

Is it easy to use?

PLA provides extremely easy to use devices. In fact, all you have to do is push a button and you will be connected to a highly trained representative who will help assess the situation and contact Emergency Services and your loved ones. Our representatives will stay on the line with you until help arrives.

Is location detection available?

Yes, all PLA devices provide location detection. In fact, 2 devices have GPS capabilities, 1 uses Wifi. You are never alone with one of PLA’s devices.

Is fall detection available?

Yes, PLA provides devices that will detect a fall and immediately call our representatives who will speak directly with you to assess the situation and contact Emergency Services or your loved ones depending on what is necessary.

How does pricing work?

For each product, we have questions that determine your subscription plan. That will determine your payment frequency and amount. The Champion Smart watch has a $99 activation fee. All monthly memberships require 3 months of payment upfront – you will be charged for those 3 months initially and then the next payment will be month 4.

Do you offer discounts for purchases of multiple systems?

Yes we do! If you are interested in purchasing more than one system, please give us a a call and we will get you taken care of. 

If I am purchasing multiple systems, how do I get the user's information to you?

If you are purchasing multiple systems, give us a call or send an email so that way we can collect the information about the users of the systems!

How do I cancel or change my subscription?
